Information Needed for a Proper Estimate


  • Project address and site access details

  • Clear scope of work (what you want done)

  • Architectural plans, drawings, or sketches (if available)

  • Measurements and dimensions of the space

  • Material selections and finish preferences (or allowance ranges)

  • Structural requirements or engineering details

  • Existing site conditions (photos or walkthrough)

  • Utility locations (electrical, plumbing, HVAC)

  • Demolition requirements

  • Permit requirements and local building codes

  • Desired timeline or project schedule

  • Budget range (if known)

  • Special requests or custom features

  • Access limitations (HOA rules, parking, working hours, etc.)

  • Environmental factors (soil conditions, weather exposure, drainage)

Contractor-Side Responsibilities For Estimate (Behind the Scenes)

Estimate Consultation Step By Step Process

  1. Fill out our project information form for a team review.

  2. Our team will contact you with our next steps after our initial review.

  3. Next, you will receive an email with our calendar link to book your 45-min project consultation.

  4. After our consultation we will work on getting you an Estimate/Proposal.

Our Estimate Includes:

  • Construction Budgeting Worksheet

  • Full Construction or Project Estimate/Proposal

  • Consultation Fee Credit towards the construction of your project through our team. Included in the Estimate/Proposal. (if it applies)

  • We are licensed, bonded, & Insured.

Required Documents (if available)

  • Floor Plans (for large projects)

    • For small remodel projects we can provide floor plans as needed.

  • Design Plans, Ideas, or Intent

  • Site Plans (for large projects)

Does Not Include the following without an Executed Agreement.

  • Construction of project

  • Project Management / Coordination

  • Project Materials

  • Project Labor

  • Construction Plans Designed by our team.
